Firstly I just wanted to say that the crew on Thursday night was great, it was a tough gig and everyone really pulled their weight and worked really hard to get the job done. The show support team assisted several suppliers as well as my main production team and maintained a positive attitude regardless of the task before them.
Special shout out to the crew boss Anthony Horler who kept the crew motivated and on task, made sure all activities were undertaken in a safe and effective manor and kept a constant line of communication with my team.

It was a tough gig. The boys all worked tirelessly and not one complaint at all during the week. They were moving really big, expensive and heavy products!!! And the conditions backstage and getting from ground level to stage level were not always conducive to easy work!!
I really appreciated their “can-do” and “no complaints” work ethic! I also noticed that no matter when it was or what was happening; if we were looking for them they were there!! Ugly Job: under the stage hauling the Coda multi core cables back through the pipe from FOH.
The cables became jammed in the pipe due to someone not watching from FOH.
He did not give up. It was not his fault, he needs to be commended for keeping his cool.

I just wanted to send a quick note to let you know how impressed we were with the 3 guys that we worked with last week at Doltone House & The Star! They were all fantastic to work with – nothing was too hard and they showed a great deal of initiative in some difficult circumstances and tight turn around times. They kept calm under pressure and helped us deliver a best in class event.
We will definitely be requesting them for future work.
Located at a remote 5 star location in the Whitsundays, getting crew that know what to do in our unique environment used to be a challenge.

I have to write and say thanks for the crew which you supplied at short notice in Brisbane last week. I contacted the office at around 9.00pm on Tuesday night requiring crew for an 08.00am start on Wednesday morning and despite the short notice the 3 crew turned up on time, in uniform, with tools and a great attitude. To make sure that everything got off to a good start your crew chief Steve Voigt also came to site before heading off to check on another job.
The call involved setting up display stands and Brisbane was the last stop on a national tour so I had a lot of chances to learn how to setup the displays quickly and efficiently. I couldn’t believe my eyes when the show support crew setup the stands at least three times quicker than I had been able to do in other states.
The crew had obviously been thinking about how to make my life even easier for bump out as they arrived armed with their own ladder, packing tape, industrial cling wrap and 3 dollies. Needless to say this was above and beyond the call of duty but when I expressed my thanks I was told “that’s what Show Support do, we are here to help”.
Please pass my thanks on to Buddy, Steve, Mick, Steve and Babs, they made Kojo look great in front of our client and I look forward to working with Show Support again soon.

Thanks for the fantastic team you organised for us last week to help lay out the ground cloth projection screen at the opening of the new AAMI Park in Melbourne. Just wanted to supply feedback on the terrific crew we were supplied with last Friday for our Peppa Pig tour in Penrith.
At what is undoubtedly one of the most difficult venues in NSW to work in for a number of reasons, our touring crew found themselves up against the clock with the local venue technicians, venue facilities and time, and were absolutely thrilled with the professional assistance received from the four Show Support crew we had booked in.
