Here is a typical example of a Show Support worker.
Punctual, intelligent and experienced he (or she) is depicted here, 15 mins early at the appointed place, raring to go.
He proudly wears the 100% cotton, black Show Support Polo Shirt which is mandatory for all call outs.
On his waist is the famous Show Support Waist Pack, worn at all times, brimming with tools (two shifting spanners and a multitool, screwdrivers, connectors etc) to ensure that he is well equipped with the means to effectively complete the tasks allotted to him.
The iconic Show Support Crew member is always prepared to meet any unforeseen challenges head on.
Long, neat black trousers are mandatory winter uniform between (and including) the months of April and September and mandatory summer uniform on all indoor venues.
The safety work boots are steel capped and black.
This is the irrepressible Show Supporter presented for duty, ready to take on all tasks in a timely, proficient manner.
Always the consummate professional, he exudes an air of confidence and quiet achievement from the top of his initiative-laden head to the bottom of his steel-capped feet.
He is unlike any other worker.
He bears no resemblance whatsoever to the common garden variety loader.
