Feedback Form

Show Support | 28th May 2018

Dear SHS Clients, Crew Members, Operations Team and Employees,

I’d like to personally thank all Clients, Crew Members and employees who have used the Feedback Form. It has really helped me gain a better understanding of your concerns and enabled me to deal with issues that may not otherwise have come to light. By all means, please keep this information coming in. Everything that comes through is read and all important matters are swiftly addressed.

Update 13-02-19: Anonymous Complaints:

Some of the complaints received have been anonymous. Feedback is used to analyse and improve our procedures or conduct investigations. For example, there was an anonymous complaint recently that led to an investigation where the worker involved attended a Counselling and Discipline session to present their side of the story and have management explain the serious nature of the matter and issue a cautionary warning. However there have been other anonymous complaints that have not resulted in an investigation because there was no way to garner further information. Please rest assured that no action will be taken against any Crew Member as a result of submitting the Feedback Form, unless the feedback contains a confession of workplace misconduct that must be addressed. In essence, allegations made anonymously prevent us seeking further information that may be required to act on the feedback.

Show Support welcomes any feedback that may assist us in providing a better experience for our valued Clients and Crew Members.

Please use the Show Support Feedback Form to get a message through to me directly.

No other member of staff will read your message before I do.

If you have anything to share, positive or negative, do not hesitate to mention it.

The Feedback Form can be used for the following reasons:

  1. To report positive feedback about an SHS Crew or Crew Member

No one is immune from constructive criticism at Show Support, no matter their position within the organisation. If there is good or bad behaviour going on, it needs to be reported and recorded. Furthermore our systems may need to be reviewed and suitable control measures implemented to prevent a reoccurrence of any incidents, no matter how big or small.

Negative feedback can be a blessing in disguise as it allows us to rectify a situation before it gets out of hand, that we may otherwise be deprived of the opportunity of dealing with.

It is worth noting that we often provide incentives to maintain goodwill for Clients, Crew Members and employees who have submitted Feedback.

Please be reminded that one of our stated aims has been the better treatment of people in general: those who do a tough job under difficult circumstances, whether behind a desk or out in the field, days/nights/weekends, in all weather conditions, sometimes at very short notice.

All crew and employees in our industry make a huge contribution and deserve our utmost respect.

Everyone, please spread the word.
